The proverb of the day.

This proverb—"A tree is known by its fruit"—is a timeless lesson about integrity, character, and the true measure of a person.

Deeper Meaning:

In life, just as a tree is identified by the fruit it produces, a person's true nature is revealed through their actions. Words can be deceptive, but actions consistently show who someone really is. If a tree bears sweet, nourishing fruit, it is good. If it bears bitter or rotten fruit, it is bad. Likewise, a person who is kind, honest, and hardworking will be known for those qualities, while someone who is deceitful or unkind will be recognized for their negative traits.

A Short Story to Illustrate the Proverb:

There was once a teacher who always spoke about honesty, hard work, and kindness. His students admired his words, but they watched closely to see if he lived by them. One day, a poor boy in class lost his lunch money. The teacher, without saying a word, quietly placed his own money in the boy’s desk and walked away.

Another time, a student failed an exam because of a personal tragedy. Instead of scolding him, the teacher offered encouragement and a second chance.

Years later, those students didn’t remember every lecture, but they never forgot how their teacher treated them. His actions proved his character more than any words ever could.

Lesson:

Your actions define who you are. If you want to be respected and remembered positively, focus on the "fruit" you produce—your kindness, honesty, and deeds.
