Adverbs Ndajfoljet
An adverb is a word or phrase that modifies a verb, an adjective, another adverb or a group, expressing a relation of place, time, circumstance, manner, cause, degree, etc. Adverbs can be single words, or they can be phrases or clauses.
Nje ndajfolje eshte nje fjale ose fraze e cila modifikon nje folje, nje mbiemer, ndajfolje tjeter ose nje grup, duke shprehur tregimin e nje vendi, kohe, rrethane, sjellje, shkaku, mase, etj. Ndajfoljet mund te jene fjale te vetme, shprehje ose fjali te varura
Examples: Shembuj:
Alex finally looked at him. Aleks me ne fund e pa ate.
He did not attend the meeting yesterday. Ai nuk shkoi ne mbledhje dje.
Why don´t you go and play outside? Pse nuk shkon te luash jashte?
She dipped her toes cautiously into the sea. Ajo zhyti me kujdes gishtin e saj te kembes ne det.
They tiptoed upstairs so as not to wake the baby. Ata u ngjiten lart ne maje te gishtave per te mos zgjuar beben.
He is lazy, and furthermore, he has no sense of responsibility. Ai eshte pertac, dhe me e keqja, nuk ka fare ndjenjen e pergjegjesise.
We plan to stay for another year;. Ne planifikuam te qendrojme ne shtepi edhe nje vit; megjithate. however,Kristina is leaving now. Kristina eshte duke ikur tani
He was very tired; nevertheless, he went on walking. Ai ishte shume I lodhur; prap se prape doli per te ecur.
Walk slowly on the ice; otherwise, you´ll fall. Ec ngadale ne akull; ndryshe do te biesh.
He is lame; therefore, he cannot walk without a cane. Ai eshte i cale; prandaj ai nuk mund te ece pa nje bastun.
