   Do you know how to use phrases like will definitely, be likely to and probably wont to say how sure you are about future events? Look at these examples to see how we can express different degrees of certainty about the future. 

   A dini se si të përdorni shprehje si pa dyshim, ka gjasa se dhe ndoshta nukpër të thënë se sa të sigurt jeni për ngjarjet e të ardhmes? Shihni këta shembuj për të parë se si ne shprehim shkallë të ndryshme të sigurisë rreth së ardhmes. 

  • Ill definitely be at the meeting, dont worry. 

  • Shes likely to say yes if you ask nicely. 

  • It probably wont rain later according to the weather forecast.

   We can show how certain we are about the future by using modal verbs and other expressions.

Modal verbs and adverbs

   We can use modal verbs (such as will, might, may or could) and adverbs (such as probably and definitely) to show how sure we are.

   When you are not sure, we can also use may, could and may not. However, we dont usually use could not to talk about the future. 

   Kur nuk jeni i/e sigurt, ne mund të përdorim edhe may, could dhe may not. Megjithatë, ne zakonisht nuk e përdorim could not për të folur për të ardhmen.
