Much is used with singular nouns. Many is used with plural nouns. 

Much ​perdoret me emra njejes. Many perdoret me emra shumes.

Much and many are mostly used in questions and negative sentences. They are unusual in affirmative clauses except after words like as, so and too. 

Much dhe many jane zakonisht te perdorura ne fjalite pyetese dhe mohore. Ato jane te pazakontane pjeset pohore pervec se kur perdoren pas fjaleve si as, so dhe too. 

• She has got lots of friends. (More natural than Me e zakonte se ´She has got many friends.´)
