To all my students,

"Understanding your feelings and reactions is a big step in creating harmony in home life. Having the strength of mind to handle situations with a constructive mental attitude and response and to cherish others without expecting anything in return is another big leap to personal freedom and happiness"
Understanding isn't always easy. Misunderstanding comes easier. Sometimes it brings about pure humor but not always. Often it brings turmoil.
Let's read together.....

Whisteling in the rain

How is that some people
sit in the sun looking like sour apples
-        - and that others
whistle in the rain?
How is it that there are people
who,as soon as they open their eyes,
see something wrong?
It is because they don’t understand
the meaning of life,
the meaning of things.
They need God, not as an impersonal, hazy being
somewhere far away,
but as a personal friend,
like a father, close to them.
By being on intimate terms with God
and start every morning
with a new heart.

----------

Is life sometimes too heavy for you?
Try for a while to be like a clown,
who weeps inside,
but laughingly
jokes and plays for a child,
to cure the sadness

in his own heart.
Hi there,

Tonight you will find another round of exercises. Try to do your best. Choose the best option.
I wish you all a nice day tomorrow.

Every one of us has experienced a level of stress and anxiety, yet has been able to “get a grip” and calm down. Where oh where is this elusive state of happiness we look for? How can we gain greater mental clarity and freedom to experience happiness today, tomorrow, and for always? Is it really possible in view of all the challenges we face on a daily basis? We are obsessed with, and consumed by choices—choosing what goods to buy, what jobs we should go after, what kinds of goals we should pursue to find happiness. Yet the only kind of happiness these choices offer is an artificial mirage of happiness that quickly vanishes.

Following is what Phil Bosmans says

The happy people

In searching for
the deepest reason for human happiness
I have never found the source
to be money, possessions,luxury,
 laziness,profiteering, party-going or excitement.
With happy people
I always found, deep down, a sense of security,
a great simplicity,
and a spontaneous joy in little things.
With happy people I was always surprised
by the absence of stupid desires.
With happy people I never found
restlessness or passionate searching,
never that lust for self-importance.

And most often they had a good dose of humour.

Hi everyone,

Hope you have enjoyed a great Sunday today. Wish your week is the same.
Following is a different kind of story. It's for a change.

The Wee little woman

Once upon a time there was a wee little woman who lived in a wee little house in a wee little village.
Now one day the wee little woman  put on her wee little bonnet and went out to take  a wee little walk. When she had gone a wee little way she came to a wee little market. There she saw a wee little bone.
“This wee little bone will make me a wee little soap for my wee little supper,” said the wee little
woman her wee little self. So the wee little woman bought the wee little bone and took it home to her wee little house.
Now when the wee little woman got home to her wee little house she was a wee little bit tired, so she put the wee little bone in her wee little cupboard and went up her wee little stairs to her wee little bed.
When this wee little woman had been asleep a wee little time, she was awakened by a wee little voice from the wee little cupboard which said:
“Give me my bone!”
The wee little woman was a wee little bit frightened, so she hid her wee little head under the wee little covers and went to sleep again. And when she had been asleep again wee little time, the wee little voice cried out from the wee little cupboard a wee little bit louder:
“Give me my bone”
This made the wee little woman a wee little bit more frightened, so she hid her wee little head a wee little way farther the wee covers. And when the wee little woman had  been asleep again a wee little time, the wee little voice from the wee little cupboard said again, a wee little bit louder:
“Give me my bone”
The wee little woman was a wee little bit more frightened, but she put her wee little head out from under the wee little covers, and said in her loudest wee little voice:

“Take it!

Hi everyone,

Here is my hope and wish that you are all enjoying your days off school.
Holidays are always good. They give us premises to be happy. They almost always create possibilities for new discoveries. Reaching out to find new meanings to your life is something good or more than that, it is something important. My words are poorer to what you can read down. So simply enjoy it.

The same thing day after day

People are ill with boredom.

Weary of life.

The house is full.

The table is loaded with food.

There’s never a ‘new’ day.

Everything stays the same, day after day.

The walls are thick, always cold.

New life never enters in.

People are ill with boredom.

They no longer even see the flowers or the birds.

Their parakeets and their overfed dogs

are as dead as they are.

People go out at night

till the early hours of the morning,

then sleep when the sun shines.

They go to the doctor,

to the psychiatrist.

They never feel really good.
